Built around your scope,
not a price list
Three ways brands work with us, what each one covers, and exactly what moves the number. Every engagement is audited and scoped before it is quoted — and ad spend always stays separate, in your own account.

What each service covers
How each service is engaged and what moves its scope. Send us your category and current activity and we come back with an itemised quote within 24 hours.
| Service | Engagement | What drives the scope |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Ads Management | Monthly retainer | Fee scales with ad spend, number of campaigns and how much creative we produce. |
| Google Ads Management | Monthly retainer | Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube. Scope grows with campaign count and spend. |
| SEO | Monthly retainer | Site size, category competitiveness and content volume set the scope. Plan on 4–6 months. |
| GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) | Monthly retainer | Usually paired with SEO. Scope depends on entity work, content volume and prompt coverage. |
| Social Media Management | Monthly retainer | Priced per platform and by how much original video and design we produce each month. |
| Performance Marketing (full funnel) | Monthly retainer | Multi-channel media, landing pages, CRO and attribution under one team and one target CAC. |
| Website Development | Fixed-scope project | Quoted from page count, custom design and integrations. Brochure site to custom React build. |
| E-commerce Development | Fixed-scope project | Shopify and headless storefronts. Catalogue size, migration and integrations drive the number. |
| Mobile App Development | Fixed-scope project | Quoted per feature set. First-release scope is agreed in writing before development starts. |
| AI Automation | Setup + retainer | Number of workflows and integrations sets setup; a smaller retainer covers iteration. |
All retainers are quoted in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST, and exclude media spend, which you pay directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform from your own account.
Six things that move your quote
Ad spend volume
Managing a large budget across many campaigns takes far more work than a single small one. Most agencies price on scope, some on a percentage of spend.
Number of channels
Meta alone is cheaper than Meta + Google + SEO + email. Each channel adds strategy, creative and reporting hours.
Competition in your category
Fintech, real estate and D2C fashion need more content, more creative and stronger link building than a niche B2B service.
Creative volume
Performance today is a creative game. Ten fresh assets a month costs more than reusing three — and usually returns more.
In-house support
If you already have a designer or a content writer, the retainer shrinks. If we own everything end to end, it grows.
Contract length
Month-to-month carries a premium. Six- and twelve-month commitments get better rates because we can plan properly.
Straight answers on how we charge
How does GrowthArc Media price its work?
Every engagement is quoted individually after an audit. Retainers are priced on scope — how many channels we run, how much ad spend we manage, and how much creative and content we produce each month. Development work is quoted as a fixed-scope project. You get an itemised written scope before you commit to anything.
Why are prices not published on the site?
Because a published number is almost always wrong for the business reading it. A single-channel local business and a funded D2C brand running four channels need entirely different scopes. Rather than post a figure you would have to renegotiate, we scope the work first and quote against it — usually within 24 hours of an initial conversation.
Is the agency fee separate from ad spend?
Yes. The retainer covers strategy, campaign management, creative and reporting. Ad spend is billed by Meta or Google directly on your own card, in your own ad account. GrowthArc Media never marks up your media spend, and you keep full ownership of every ad account, pixel and analytics property.
How quickly can you give me a quote?
Within 24 hours of understanding your category, current activity and goals. Send those over on WhatsApp or through the contact form and you get back a scoped proposal with deliverables, timeline and the number — no discovery-call gatekeeping before you see pricing.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in. We work on a rolling monthly basis with a 30-day notice period. Longer commitments of six or twelve months get preferential rates because they let us plan content, creative and testing properly, but they are optional.
Do you offer a performance-based or commission model?
For select e-commerce and lead-generation accounts we offer a hybrid: a reduced base retainer plus a performance component tied to revenue or qualified leads. It works only when tracking is clean and attribution is agreed upfront, so we scope it after an initial audit rather than on day one.
What is the minimum engagement you take on?
We take on single-channel engagements — one paid channel, or an SEO programme on its own — as long as the budget behind it is enough to produce readable results. If it is not, we will say so and tell you what would need to change, rather than take the retainer.
What do I get before I commit?
An audit of your current accounts, site and last 90 days of data, a written scope naming every deliverable, a timeline with what to expect in month one versus month three, and the quote. Nothing starts until you have all four in writing.
